I wonder what's the meaning in using your brains, young blood and innovation to stretch your hands outright up in the air for higher and higher technology, when the ground below your feet is crumbling.
I don't say technology is a bane.It's just that technology is not the lone thing that brings development.There are far many other things.
As far as I am concerned, I don't admire technological advancement. Rather, I am ashamed of the economy gap. The wide gap between the rich and the poor. I am ashamed of the declining morals and the increasing crime rate. I believe that true advancement, true innovation is possible only when awareness is brought in the people, when every person has their basic needs fulfilled. It's not when "nuclear weapons are made" or "wars are won".
If development is in such a way that, "the rich become richer and loose their morals and conscience, due to greed and selfishness" and "the poor become poorer,hence loose their morals for hunger, and go as far as theft, homicide and burglary"...
Is it development?
